Buddy presented in late March of 2010 with respiratory distress, anorexia, lethargy and nasal discharge. He was hospitalized for several days and was diagnosed with Cardiomyopathy and Acute Renal Failure. Over the following months his parents cared for him and monitored his condition closely; administering daily medications and SQ fluids to keep him comfortable. Today, Buddy is doing great and is back to his happy self. He is Oakwood's favorite polydactyl cat!
